NO RETURN/REFUND policy on the Customized Products, As we can’t take back the products which are made as per your Measurements. Every Customers has Different Measurements. You can refer to our Customer Pictures in their IndiaBoulevard outfits, their reviews & feedback about their shopping experience with us. You can find our Customer Pictures on the website Homepage, Can Refer to Google Reviews Also & on our Instagram account – @indiaboulevard.


Note: If you’re ordering Custom Measurements outfit. Do make sure your measurements are correct. 1-2″ Margins would come than the actual measurements which you’ve given because of some loosing needed.

We’ll not be responsible for the Sleeves length, blouse length, gown length etc. because  that things are already coming ready from the brand companies. If that are the max length, then we can’t make it longer than that.

We will try to make it perfect as per the measurements. If the fitting issue comes, then don’t worry return the dress. We’ll make the changes & will send you back again. Expenses would be from your end of  Returning the dress & getting them back.

As the package is coming from so long & delivering to all over the world, sometimes the stain marks or diamonds or sequence can come off due to the heavy load at the courier service.

If you place an order during Sale period. No Refund will be provided on Cancellations. No Returns/Exchange Will be Taken. 


**Due to various types of lightings and flash used while photo shoot the color shade of the product may vary. The brightest shade seen is the closest color of the product.
**Accessories and other items are shown in the picture are used for photography will not be included in order.

Only in case of Wrong product, we would consider return and refund. Then you need to inform us within 24 Hrs after the package delivered. By Email or WhatsApp.

  • We’ll not be responsible for any kind of delay. Sometimes due to some reasons. Flights may get delay.  Otherwise, normal shipping time is 12-15 Working Days only Anywhere in the World except the quantities of the dresses you’ve ordered & where it’s with stitching or not.
  • Opening Package Video Must needed. When Package received without any pause or cut. Otherwise, No complaint will be Attended.
  • If the Return request Accepted. Customer’s need to return the products in same condition back by their own expenses.

No Return/Refund will be accepted after the 24 Hrs of notice period.
