For Indian Resident, We do Free Express Shipping. We work with the best international courier companies like DHL, TNT, FedEx, Aramex and are capable of shipping to globally.  

Overseas shipping cost based on the product weight as per delivery location. 

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our shipping process. Overseas customers are responsible for any customs or duty or charges levied by their country. We have no control over these fees or charges and cannot predict, but may be charged according to the rules of different countries. 

In rarely case courier company may also charged some additional fees or service charges. This is entirely buyer responsibility to pay this charges or fees. 

Our mission is to deliver the product on time, but in some case, there is going to be a delay in shipping which is not in our control. In this case, No refund, No returns, No replacement & No exchange. 

Some time delay in shipping because of product out of stock or delay in tailoring or there is an unusual delay, we will notify you by e-mail/WhatsApp.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization delays or holidays.
We aim to dispatch all ready to ship items 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in your respective country.
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once items have been dispatched.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery, however, in some cases for deliveries to a residential address the shipment may be left at the door.
We do NOT deliver to P.O Box Addresses.
All orders do take about 2 week’s for delivery from the date of dispatch depending on the respective destination.
If you order with Express shipping, Do make sure to talk with the team before ordering. Weekends wouldn’t be count & if any holidays that would also be not count. So please make an order according to that via Express Shipping.

INSURANCE

 

INDIABOULEVARD insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point liability for your purchased goods is transferred to you. If the courier company fails to deliver your order due to the package being lost in transit, you do not suffer any loss. The in-transit risk is all ours and borne by INDIABOULEVARD. However, INDIABOULEVARD is not liable for lost/stolen packages or any other damages to the package post being left at the customer’s address by the courier company. If you live in an area which is susceptible to package thieves or have had packages stolen from your residence before, we would advise calling the courier company fulfilling your order (i.e DHL, FedEx, UPS) alongside your tracking number and request to pick up your package at their nearest authorized pick up point closest to your address. Your tracking number can be viewed in the ‘Shipping Confirmation’ e-mail we send out to you once your order has been shipped from our end.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

 

To majority of countries, our items are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties which may be payable, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Normally customer don’t need to Pay any customs. But sometimes, due to Huge rush at Airport. Customs might applied. We wouldn’t be responsible for any delay in customs. As it’s all in Hands of Government. 
Make Sure you Answer their calls / Reply to mails. Without paying customs, your Package will not be released. If you don’t received any Call/Mails, Your responsibility would be there to contact particular carrier company & sort out the taxes.
